Epilepsy Treatment at Your Own Home
At Honeycomb Care, we understand that living with epilepsy can present different challenges for each individual, with day to day experiences varying depending on needs and circumstances.
Through in-home care, we provide personalised support designed to help people feel safe, supported and confident in their own homes. We also help people access their community safely, so they can enjoy everyday activities, hobbies and social interaction.
How Honeycomb Care Helps
Every care plan we create is tailored around the individual. We take the time to understand the person, their home environment, the severity of their epilepsy, existing diagnosis and treatment, as well as the support network already in place. This allows us to deliver in-home care that adapts as needs change, ensuring the right level of support is provided at the right time.
Our experienced care team is trained to deliver both physical and emotional support, helping individuals feel safe, understood and confident at home. All care is delivered in line with our Care Quality Commission (CQC) ratings, with Outstanding care delivery and Good outcomes across all other inspection areas.
To maintain high standards in epilepsy treatment and support, we continually invest in staff training and up-to-date knowledge. We follow best-practice guidance and use trusted organisations such as The Epilepsy Society to inform our care.
