Honeycomb Care is a family owned domiciliary care company who delivers high quality personalised care and support in the comfort of people’s own homes.

Founded and set up by husband and wife; Melvin and Bianca, Honeycomb Care is led by an experienced management team and supported by a carefully selected group of professional carers, chosen for their compassion, skill and commitment to outstanding care.

By providing care at home, we help people remain independent, comfortable and connected to familiar surroundings, whatever level of support is needed.

Following our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection, Honeycomb Care proudly received an Outstanding rating for Care Delivery. This achievement places us among a very small number of home care providers in the UK and makes us the only in home care provider in Lincolnshire to reach this standard. Meet Our Team

All of our carers have been trained to the highest levels to provide outstanding care.

Our team is made up of experienced and professional carers who deliver a compassionate and friendly service to our clients. Our staff pride themselves on their abilities to be empathetic and caring towards not just the individual being cared for, but for their friends and families also. All staff are trained to high levels and get regular training and information updates from the management team to support their continued professional development.

Bianca is the founder of Honeycomb Care and a registered Mental Health nurse with 18 years experience. Having worked in various care settings, Bianca has a great deal of experience in providing Elderly care, Dementia care, End of Life care, Autism and challenging behaviour, Enduring Mental health and secure forensic services. Since founding Honeycomb Care Bianca has successfully achieved an ‘outstanding’ and ‘good’ rating with CQC.

Paddie has 13 years experience working in health care, with 7 years of experience specifically managing health care agencies.

Office Manager

 

Working in the care sector for 12 years, and managing care agencies since 2017, Chloe has worked in domiciliary care throughout her career. During this time Chloe has specialised in End of Life, Elderly and Dementia care. Chloe a lot has specialist knowledge of brain injury and motor neurone disease care.
